This system is composed of one upstream, one high-speed internal mixer, 2-5 high speed open mixing mills, one sheeting mill, one batch off system and other auxiliary equipment. It is carried out initial master mixing inside internal mixer, then continuously through five open mixing mills to complete additional mixing and final refining, which complete total production from raw materials into final batch by continuous one step.
1. This system can replace the traditional multistage mixing and achieve the final refining rubber by only once mixing inside internal mixer.
2. The production time of the compound is shorter with higher quality .
3. High automatic production with only 2-3 operators.
4. This system occupies smaller area of a plant, saves more than one third of equipment investment and about 20% of energy consumption.
